We roast every bag in-house, because the only way to be sure of what ends up in your cup is to be there for it.
Roasting is the romance of coffee. It is heat and time and paying close attention. A few seconds too long and a coffee turns on you. We would rather own that risk than hand it to someone else. Control is not about being fussy. It is about caring enough to do the hard part yourself.
